- AntibodyMX Mail Systems

AntibodyMX systems from Clues are designed from the ground up to give maximum thruput of valid email whilst blocking or tagging dangerous or irritating email before they reach your mail server. We offer AntibodyMX in a hosted service format.
Members of our team have built mail systems running entire tier 1 ISPs, so we understand scalability, reliability, and speed. We have also built mail systems for corporate use, so we understand corporate email concerns as well. And we have also built fully automated mail systems, so we know how to cut our workload - and therefore your costs.
As with all the Open Source based systems we build, we don't charge for software upgrades, or security fixes. We do regularly audit systems supported by us for all known security issues. And best of all, our servers work.

Clues registers UK and international domains for clients, runs DNS, and optionally can provide email services and website hosting as required. We are flexible in our DNS hosting, and are happy to primary, secondary, dual-primary or simply act as the registrant's agent for your domain needs and let you manage your own DNS entirely.

Clues has a long history in system and network administration, and development of automation and tools to handle cross-platform heterogenous systems integration, monitoring and disaster recovery for sole traders right up to multinationals. We also have a strong ISP background.
We can create systems based on lowest cost and highest reliability. We can create systems on existing infrastructure, be they open (eg Linux/BSD) or closed-source (eg Windows, Bloomberg, TRADAR), or help you replace your infrastructure entirely. We can work based on an hourly rate, a daily rate, or a fixed monthly fee, and are happy to train your key IT staff learn how to operate and maintain the systems we build.
Systems require networks, of course, and Clues are completely neutral in who we work with and will recommend. We have managed office migrations, new network builds, firewall specification, switch and router configuration for Internet (and intranet) service deployments, as well as ISP-level transit issues. Members of our staff have BGP/OSPF experience (generally with Cisco equipment) and can troubleshoot network issues for ISPs as well as handle RIPE allocations, datacenter cabling and resilience planning, LAN extensions, broadband deployment and mass dial-up, RADIUS authentication, transatlantic satellite hops, high-gain wireless networks and point-to-point laser links.

Away from the office, and something goes wrong? Office firewall set up to allow access from your home broadband account, but your DSL has had an outage, or there's a local power cut? You need a VPN account on a high-availability high-bandwidth datacenter platform, and that's where Clues comes in. With a Clues VPN account, you can use full-blown Windows applications to remotely work on your core systems originating from a fixed IP address, with an encrypted, compressed data link. (So, you can use a hotel connection, or wireless hot-spot without worrying about authentication details being compromised).
Alternatively - developing a new website, or Internet-based application, and need to see how it performs from a point outside of your network? A Clues VPN account will mean all your IP traffic will originate from an IP external to your network, and you can do full end-to-end testing and get real-world performance issues addressed before you go live, without having to leave your desk.
- Website Accessibility
We have expertise in ensuring existing HTML to gracefully downgrade to support any browser, whether this is an old program or a speech-based browser for accessibility.
This site is a good example - it looks largely the same in Netscape 4 as it does in the latest Mozilla, and we even support Internet Explorer. It is database driven, has dynamic content, and it's entirely template based. It also works just fine in text-only browsers such as w3m, Lynx or Links.
Above all, we work to a simple principle: If we don't know how to do something, then we will tell you from the outset. We may be able to do it anyway - all of our backgrounds involve rapid development of solutions in areas beyond our natural skill sets - but we will give you the choice of seeking an expert in this field first.
